She is survived by: her daughters, Emmie Jo Meadows (Dale) of Lancaster, Ohio and Stephanie "Stephie" Knight of Lancaster, Ohio; her grandchildren, Cara Meadows, Sarah Knight and Caitlyn Knight; her brothers, Jeff Simmons (Donna) of Webster Springs, David Simmons (Sandra) of Webster Springs, Roger Simmons of Webster Springs and Gary W. Simmons of Webster Springs; and her close friends, Nancy Thimmes, Lola Scurlock, Anita Bunting, Laura Plemons and Westerville Bob Evans of Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
