He was predeceased by: his father Albert Neff; and his brother Bruce Neff. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Neff; his sister Sheila Hommel (Scott); his children, Ann Neff of Montana, Patience Spangler and Camden Raver; his nephews, Tyler Neff, Bobby Burns and Ryan Hommel (Lauren); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Karlee, Paxton, Raelyn Hommel and Eliana Burns.
