He is survived by: his wife Connie Neal; his children, Heather Neal (Stacie), Dustin Neal, Jeffrey Losey (Anna) and Christopher Losey; his grandchildren, Michael A. and Rosalie Sue Losey; his father Eugene Neal Sr. (Pam); his siblings, Sherrie Daubenmire (John), Eugene Neal II (Jody) and Matthew Neal (Hayley); his stepsiblings, Michael Derr and Mindy Wilson (Lane); his sister-in-law Susan Neal; his niece Velma; and his pets, Sophie and Norm. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
