He was predeceased by: his father Donald Claypool; his brother Daniel Claypool; and his father-in-law Charles E. McPherson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Claypool; his mother Juanita Claypool; his brother David Claypool; his nephew Jason Claypool (Michelle); his nieces, Ashley Claypool and Carley Claypool; his mother-in-law Jane McPherson; his sister-in-law Linda Claypool; his friends, Emerson Martin and Bob McClure; his close friends, Bev Azbell, Willie Azbell and Tracie Cole (Matt); and his pets, Dixie Lee and Ellie Mae.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given in Tim's memory to Green Mound Cemetery, or to the Grace United Church of Christ.
