He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kilbarger and Miriam Kilbarger. He is survived by: his wife Sue Kilbarger; his daughters, Amy Kilbarger and Kendra Kilbarger; his stepson Kurt Lape (Jennie); his grandchild Noah; his stepgranddaughters, Lexie, Laynie and Lenyn; his siblings, Sue Akers (Noah), Gary Kilbarger (Jean), Mark Kilbarger, Mike Kilbarger (Cindi), Danny Kilbarger and Mary Crist (Kent); his mother-in-law Wanda Good; and his friends, Ernie Schmelzer and John Holt.
Donations may be made to Lifeline of Ohio, 770 Kinnear Road, Columbus, OH 43212 in memory of Tom who was the recipient of a heart transplant through the Cleveland Clinic in 2003 or the Lancaster Festival, 117 W. Wheeling St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 in memory of Tom's many years with the festival.
