He was predeceased by: his father Thomas E. Azbell. He is survived by: his mother Troyla Berry (Belhorn); his daughter Isabella Azbell (Tyler Faught); the mother of his child Julie Romine; his grandson Owen Thomas Gunner Faught; and his sister Tina Evans (Bob). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
