She is survived by: her parents, Charles Azbell and Mary Jane Azbell; her husband Greg Scott; her children, Ethan Martin (Elizabeth), Noah Martin (Carley), Alex Martin, Misty Allen (David) and Michael Scott; her grandchildren, Joseph, Addison, Braxton, Peyton, Dustin and Jamie; and her siblings, Tina Hines (PeeWee), Chuck Azbell (Tracy), Jim Azbell (Julie) and Charlene Swisher. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
