He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Wayne Spires (Lori) and Nila Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Dar-Lynn; his stepdaughters, Dawn Martinez, Dannuyale Smith, Angie Smith (Tom), Sara Gemienhardt and Lyndsey Carpenter; and his siblings, Cathy Cantfield, Helen Aisle (Sam), Cheryl Kiger, Mary Brown, Wayne Spires (JoAnn) and Frank Spires. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
