She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Herd and Mary Herd (Mitchell); her sister Maralyn Catterlin; her brothers-in-law, Robert Lacey (Thelma), Ed Lacey (Jean) and Tom Dupler; her nieces, Susan St. Amand and Susan Stephenson; and her nephew Brian Lacey.
She is survived by: her significant other Fred W. Lacey, Jr.; her children, Michael Lacey (Gale), Timothy Lacey (Julie), Jennifer Rhymer (David) and Lori Shaeffer (Danny); her grandchildren, Samuel, Sophia, Shannon Lacey, Brittany Coakley (Christopher), Derek Rhymer (Meghan), Kieran Riggs and Hannah Brown (Isaac); her great grandchildren, Kayden, Bentley, Abel Coakley, Jameson and Eleanor Rhymer; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Dupler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sheridan Funeral Home (222 S Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
