She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Perkins and Sarah Perkins; and her siblings, Bill, Charles, Curtis, Doug, James, Randall, Ronnie, Barbara, Betty, Brenda and Mable.
She is survived by: her husband John McDonald; her children, Michele Blackburn (David) of Circleville and Brian McDonald (Tiffany) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Makala (Brett), Cody (Gabby), Darius, Devin, Damian, Luke and Madilyn; her great grandchildren, Hazel and Harris; and her siblings, Danny Perkins (Judy), Keith Perkins (Anette), Linda Smith and Sue Sierz (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the family to assist with expenses.
