He was predeceased by: his father Robert Fourman. He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Fourman (Hoffman); his children, Jeremy Fourman (Karly), Christopher Fourman (Sarah) and Angelyn Lines (Shawn); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Alexander, Zara, Isabella, Colton, Kaedynce, Colin, Tyler and Noah; his mother Juanita Fourman (Wilson); and his sister Cindy Strickland (Bill). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
