She is survived by: her children, Chris Claypool (Barbara) and Gwen Shafer (Mike); her grandchildren, Christina Deem (Andrew), Michelle Hampson (Bart), Matthew Claypool (Sarah), Nathan Shafer (Rachel) and Martha Stricker (David); her great grandchildren, Grant, Grace Hampson, Claire, Lauren Deem, Riley, Colton Shafer, Olivia and Eliza Claypool; her sisters-in-law, Juanita Claypool and Phyllis Claypool; her parents, Pearl Abbott and Helen Abbott (James R.); her siblings, Trenton Abbott, Roberta Hansley and Bill Abbott; her uncle Neil Abbott; and her great grandchild Brandon Deem. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
