He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kochis and Mary Kochis (Goda); and his sister Patricia (Kochis). He is survived by: his children, Amy (Kochis), Jason Shuster, Jon and Heather Kochis; and his brothers, Michael Kochis and Robert Kochis (Mary). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
