He was predeceased by: his parents, George Woodard and Flossie Thacker; his brother Thomas Hiles Jr. (Betty); and his siblings-in-law, Manson William Jr., Tom Dick, Dan Conrad and Tammy Conrad.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Woodard; his sons, Tim Woodard, Roger Woodard (Jennifer Love) and Bo Woodard (Megan Krile); his grandchildren, Sydney Woodard, Cody Woodard, Zachary Love, Kaitlyn Love and James Wyatt Krile; his brothers, Harold Hiles (Gerry), Ray Hiles (Norma) and Lewis Woodard (Rosalie); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Conrad, Roger Conrad (Kim) and Norma Williams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
