It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Philip Walker of Lancaster, Ohio, born in Somerset, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Grace Kinsel Walker and Joseph Daniel "Joe" Walker; his wife Marilyn Ann Diedrich Walker; his grandson Lewis Schmelzer; his sisters, Rita Elizabeth Walker, Roserita and Mary Charlotte Woodyard (Richard); his son-in-law Mark Ebert; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Walker and Don Diedrich.
He is survived by: his brother Martin; his daughters, Mary Catherine "Katie" Rose Walker (Phil Rose), Rita Elizabeth Walker (Beth), Marilyn Ann "Lyn" Walker (Steve Whittaker), Clair Colette Walker Ebert and Melissa Grace Walker (Cortland Schmelzer); his grandchildren, Meredith Schilb (Mikael), Philip Shrider (Jennifer), Daniel Ebert (Andria), Rachel Puttick (Drew), Nathan Ebert (Katie), Audrey Schmelzer, Hugh Schmelzer, Isabel Whittaker Walker and Ewan Whittaker Walker; his pet Cap; his great grandchildren, Damon, Lilly, Brooke, Camille, Judah, Vivian, Coral and Eli; his brothers-in-law, Richard Diedrich (Shirl Pessl) and Bernard Diedrich (Patti); and also, Richard J. Diedrich, Cort and Martin Walker.
