He is survived by: his stepmother Nancy A. Bay; and his siblings, Michele Zurakowski, Tanya Fishback (Larry), Tina Johnson (Lance) and Kerry Slaughter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, two great nephews, aunts, uncles and many close friends.
