He is survived by : his wife Linda; his children, Kelly Shaffer (Dwayne) and Stacey Slatton (David); his grandchildren, Justin Polt (Christine), Kristen Shaffer, Amelia and Evie Slatton; his great grandchildren, Roman and Kennedy Polt; his niece Christina Messinger; his nephew Matthew Ruark; and his sister-in-law Candace Geshwilm.
