She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Palmer and Lillie Palmer; her husband Russell L. Walt, Jr.; her grandson Jason Walt; and her brother Jack Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, William Sullivan of Columbus, Steven Walt (Beth) of Florida, Jeffrey Walt (Debbie) of Lancaster, Gary Walt of Florida, Carol Chapin (James) of Lancaster and Joy Keely (William) of Lancaster; and her grandchildren, Brooke Bell (David Burkholder), Zachary Bell, Joshua Walt, Tara Barker (Ron), Ashlynn Walt, Sarah Walt, Lillie Chapin and Laura Chapin. She is also survived by great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Chapel - Lancaster (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130).
