With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rick Berens of Lancaster, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Berens and Helen Berens (Rhoads); and his son Mark Berens. He is survived by: his son Jeff Berens (Jennifer Ward) of Amanda; his granddaughter Ava; and his sister Pat Berens of Lancaster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions to any charity of the donor's choice.
