We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Rick Barnhart of Lancaster, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barnhart and Norma Barnhart (Crawford); his wife Paula Barnhart; and his siblings, Rita Strickland and Billy Jr. Barnhart.

He is survived by: his children, Rick Barnhart, Jr. (Jessica), Nate Barnhart (Elaine Lau) and Jessica Barnhart; his grandchildren, Kenedie, Karsen Barnhart and Bella Dryden; his siblings, Sandra Weekly, Albert Barnhart, Gary Barnhart and Danny Barnhart; and his nephew Mikey Weekly. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

Rick was an active member of the Charity Newsies.

“I offer you my Deepest of Sympathy for the loss of your Father, Grandfather and to all that knew Rick. We met through school and back then he was the same person as he was later in life. Bigger than life because he lived and loved with his whole soul. Such a kind man that knew no strangers. He helped sponsor my Granddaughter to Play her favorite sport because he knew community was so important. I know everyone will miss Rick for he was such a beacon of light. May God comfort you, RIP”
