He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley A. Williamson and Mary L. Williamson (Rutherford); his wife Carolyn Williams; his son Thomas E. Williamson; and his sisters, Helen Hall and Sue Covan.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Landis (Scott) of Lancaster, Richard L. "Rick" Williamson (Linda) of Blacklick, Raymond Williamson (Wejea) of Korea and Milton Buckingham (Nancy) of Crystal Lake, IL; and his close friends, Carolyn Hanks and Larry Young. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
