He is survived by: his sons, Neil Mentz and Rich Mentz; his siblings, Jean Ritchey, Joan Hutchison, Trish Blankenship (Ray), Barbara Redman (Joe), Sharon Schroeder, Kathleen Rucker, Thomas Mentz (Kim) and Tim Mentz (Dawn); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Mentz and Jeff Stires; and his stepdaughter Kendra Roby. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
