He is survived by: his sons, Richard Allen Clemons II and Matthew Thomas Clemons; his mother Phyllis Sealey; and his siblings, Randall Miller (Becky), Clifford Miller (Sondra), Ronda Fahrer and Valerie England (Tony). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
