She was predeceased by: her husband Richard R. Babcock Sr.; her parents, Bernard Campbell and Louise Campbell; and her siblings, Louise Fancher and Bernard Campbell.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Tipton (Bruce), Richard Babcock (Kristina), Charles Babcock and John Babcock (Tanya); her grandchildren, Amity Lynch (Jack), Jeremy Tipton and Ashley Baker (Aaron); and her nephew Robert Fancher.

Memorials may be made in Rebecca's name to St. John's Episcopal Church.
