He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Withem and Bernadine Withem (Messbarger); his wife Rose M. Withem; his daughter Patricia Felda (Tom Felda); his grandson Jason Harmon; his siblings, Jerry Withem, Ann Kenworthy and Don Withem; and his son-in-law Randy Angle.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Angle, Wayne Withem, Ronald Withem (Betty) and Kevin Withem; and his siblings, Linda Westenhouser and Richard Withem. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
