He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bay and Gertrude Bay. He is survived by: his close friend Paul Kull; his card pals, Dave, Linda Rowles and Eric Nemetz; his handyman Dick White; his nieces, Patty, Linda Brown (Larry), Ramona Cottrill, Lavada Moorman and Yvonne VanCuren; his great-niece Lydia Moorman (Diane Weist); and also, Lori Jones and Kathy Morman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
