She was predeceased by: her parents, T. R. McGinnis and Cecile McGinnis (Eubanks); her husband Eldon Eugene Bailor; and her brother-in-law Dale Fogler. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jennie Rowles of Lancaster, Erin Daugherty (Steven) of Logan, Amanda Gable of Cincinnati, Zachary Gable of Covington, KY, Jake Gable of Cincinnati, Nathanael Bailor (Nikia) of Bremen and Jessica Bailor of Bremen; and her sister Florence Fogler (McGinnis) of Circleville.
