It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A Carpenter (Lancaster, Ohio), who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sherrick and Irene Sherrick (Kennedy); her husband Bob; her sister Barbara; and her brothers-in-law, George Unangst and Gene Scott.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Whipps (Milo), Rob Carpenter (Susie), Cindy Howerth (Chuck), Craig Carpenter (Shelly) and Ellen Edwards (Ron); and her sister Linda Scott. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
