It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Schrader of Lancaster, Ohio, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Georgia Ruth Blackburn; her husband Jack R. Schrader; and her sister-in-law Lucinda Snider. She is survived by: her father Dewey E. Blackburn; her son Stephen P. Ogg (Destiny) of Logan, Ohio; her grandson Leo E. Ogg; her siblings, Peggy Lou Cartmill of Trenton, Florida and Wray E. Blackburn of Louisville, Kentucky; her brother-in-law Steve Snider of Logan; and her stepchildren, Amy Schrader of Ohio, David Ogg of Ohio and Theresa Ogg of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
