He is survived by: his wife Dianna L. Perry; his children, Paula Walters (Ben), Nancy Pica (Jeff), Chad Perry and Misty Montgomery (Jasan); and his siblings, Mary Karns and Bud Perry. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
