She was predeceased by : her parents, Ivan Kougher and Virginia Kougher (Bowers). She is survived by : her husband Rick Arthur; her daughters, Janette Walker (Chad) and Julie Romine (Brian Darst); her grandchildren, Rachel Walker, Ayden, Isaac Darst and Isabella Azbell (Tyler Faught); and her great grandchild Owen Faught.
