We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2025, at the age of 103, Minnie Mae Grile of Lancaster, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Minnie Mae departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Minnie Mae. Though Minnie Mae may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Crist and Phobe Crist; her husband Loy B. Grile; and her son Thomas J. Grile. She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Swinehart (Ronnie), Tanis Gall (Dan) and Deb Ballenger; her daughter-in-law Rosemary Grile; and her granddaughter Sherry Mee. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (990 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that a donation be made in Minnie's name to Faith Lutheran Church.
