He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell Campbell and Dorothy Campbell; and his brothers, Danny and Sonny Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Mariann; his daughters, Melanie R. Campbell of Lancaster and Kristen N. Neal (Trent Banks) of Lancaster; his stepson David Ryan Edwards of Pataskala; and his grandchildren, Faith Maynard, Damian Neal, Dominic Neal, Evan Edwards, Lilly Redmond and Bodhi Summers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
