She is survived by: her spouse Donald S. Kauffman; her children, Carol Ritter (Jack) of Lancaster, Chris Hofmeister of Hideaway Hills, Ellen Kauffman of Dublin, Elizabeth Levy of Gahanna, Amy Donaldson (George Pride) of Gahanna, Geordon Pride of Gahanna, Mason Pride of Gahanna, Leleah Pride of Gahanna and Lee Pride of Gahanna; her siblings, Richard Markwood (Carol) of Lancaster, Mike Markwood (Debbie) of Lancaster, Joyce McCartney of Lancaster and Judy Fraley (Homer) of Whitewright; and also, Zachary Hensley of Gahanna and Amy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mary Jo's name to the Fairfield Area Humane Society, 1721 Granville Pike, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
