She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Franklin and Margaret Elizabeth Hiles; her niece Becky Thompson; and her nephew Jeff Atkinson. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Starner of Lancaster, Roberta White (Keith) of Lancaster, Robert Byers of Lancaster and Stacy Byers of Ray, OH; her great grandchildren, Laura Atkinson, Tiffany Hiles Jamison, Trish Thompson and Lily Schwartz; and her close friends, Betty McKnight, Wilma Kennedy and Robin Bolley. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
