She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Johnson and Beatrice Johnson (Conrad); and her husband Stephen P. Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Shaffer of Lancaster, Kelly Vaughn (Michael) of Sugar Grove and Holly Shaffer of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Hunter Shaffer and Cole Shaffer; her great grandchild Mariah Shaffer; her siblings, Joe, Jim, Shirley, Sharon, Cliff, Sam and John; and her brother-in-law Don. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
