He is survived by: his wife Kelli Jolly; his children, Jennifer Jolly, Michelle Boetcher (Scott) and Marcus Jolly; his stepchildren, John Vandagriff and Misty Bales (Clarence); and his brothers, Mike and Matt Jolly (Emma). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
