She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Burchfield. She is survived by: her parent Elsie Burchfield (Keating); her husband Fritz A. Highley; her children, Ed Highley (Pam) of Lancaster, Kelli Marvin of Lancaster and Mike Highley (Ronda) of Lancaster; and her sister Mary Kilbarger (Bob). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
