He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bell and Ethel Bell (Purvis); his former wives, Shirley Bell and Dian Bell; his son-in-law Ron Koch; and his great grandchild Melody George.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bell; his daughters, Pamela Koch and Cindy Warner; his grandchildren, Jessica Cox (Adam), Brittnee George (Matt) and Brandon Warner (Sam Mace); his great grandchildren, Devon Pugh and Maddelyn George; and his siblings, Robert Bell (Bonnie) and Donna Miller. He is also survived by four step-children.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Memorial Church (2600 Walnut Rd #79, Millersport, OH 43046).
