She was predeceased by: her parents, E. L. Carpenter and Violet Carpenter; and her siblings, Robert Carpenter and Wanda McNabb. She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Funk; her children, Steve (Barb Foster Funk) and Cheryl Funk Hurst of Mesa, AZ; her grandsons, Brad, Doug, Greg Funk and Nic Hurst; her great grandchildren, Emma Funk, Charlie and Samantha Funk; and her siblings, Lester Carpenter and Clara Bierly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
