He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Culbertson and Ida Culbertson; and his siblings, Gerald, Lester, Kenneth Culbertson, Pauline English and Kathleen Cordle.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Culbertson; his children, Larry E. Culbertson Jr. (Michelle), Jack Manning Jr., Troy Culbertson (Tracie) and Micki Manning; his sister Norma Eveland; and his sisters-in-law, Betty, Renee, Connie and Esther. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
