He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bell and Martha Bell (Bragg); his siblings, Susan Bell and Paul Bell; and his brother-in-law Jerry Meldrum.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Chase (Gregory) of Worthington; his grandchildren, Landon, Riley, Collin and Parker Chase; and his siblings, Pat Meldrum of Lancaster and Mike Bell of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
