She is survived by: her children, Jaylah Lewis, Izabella Lewis and Deklin Lewis; her parents, David Lewis and Jackie Lewis; her grandmother Barbara Bussard; and her aunts and uncles, Rick Lewis (Alice), Dave Roby (Tina), Terry Roby, Sharon Smith and Debbie Saldierna. She is also survived by one nephew and numerous cousins.
