He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hicks and Thelma Swackhammer; and his brother Rodger Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Beth Hicks (Peters); his children, Heidi Hicks, Brian Hicks (Shannon) and Brittany Hicks; his brother Jeff Hicks (Sherry); and his sister-in-law Terri Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
