He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Hoover Jr.; his grandparents, Larry and Susan Shaw; and his uncle Aaron Shaw. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Perkins (Mike); his siblings, Michael Smith (Regina Crosby), Corey Sgandurra (Brittany Waller), Jonathan Hoover (Hailey Miller), Stephanie Hoover (Cody McCarley) and Elizabeth Hoover (Kathy Young); and his close friend Mark Smith (Andi). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
The family is asking for donations to help with funeral expenses.
