He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Steve Smith of Columbus, Daryl Smith (Linda) of Pleasantville, Ohio, Davida Thatcher (Roger) of Pickerington and Mary Ann Gastaldo (Phil) of Canal Winchester, Ohio; his grandsons, Andy Smith (Lizzy), Matt Smith (Nikki), Daniel Gastaldo (Jodi), Jonathan Gastaldo (Katie), Michael Staley (Crystal) and David Staley (Sara); his great grandchildren, Camryn, Zachary Smith, Gavin, Adley and Bryson Smith; and his siblings, Robert Smith, Pat Bradley and Shelby Hagans.
