It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Chatman (Lancaster, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2018, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Susan Kaye Rainey (Lentz); and her brother Richard James Chatman. She is survived by: her children, Cedar Rose Casey (Austin Richard) of Coshocton, Willow Avery Crouch and Jazzmine Nicole Crouch; her grandchildren, Lucas Richard, Liam Michael and Lincoln James Casey; her father Charles Lynn Chatman of Raleigh; and her brother Thomas Allen Merek of Coshocton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In her giving spirit, Kelly gave the gift of life to others through organ and tissue donation.
