She is survived by: her children, Jeanette Sink (Mark) of Lancaster, OH, Gregory Cook (Pam) of Lancaster, OH, Mark of Thornville, OH and Matt Cook of Thornville, OH; and her sisters, Emogene Simms of Langsville, OH and Stella Butts of Tallahassee, FL.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
