He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Hoffmann and Margaret Hoffmann (Eisz); his siblings, George, Bob and Mary (Peters); and his son Shawn.
He is survived by : his siblings, Dave, Minnie (Lutz), John and Butch; his former life partner Marcia (Beatty); and his children, Kindra Neeley (Brian "Dude"), Wade (Andreanna) and Krissy.
