She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Mondhank and Birdella Mondhank (Lizer); her husband James W. Shaner; her daughter Melanie Smith; and her daughter-in-law Wanda Shaner.
She is survived by: her son Michael Shaner (Ann); and her grandchildren, James Shaner, Jenna Seward (Chris), David Smith, Krista Smith and Julia Smith. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
